To Market To Market

I had the pleasure of taking part in the Crafty Fox Market on Sunday, which is always a super fun day. I was selling my cards, original artworks, and some new NOTEBOOKS, which I'm excited about. It's actually great to debut new products to a market audience, and I think they went down really well. Fun all round. Look out for the books on my Etsy soon. Screen Shot 2016-04-04 at 19.27.56.png

...The typo on the price list was swiftly amended! ;)

The next market I'm taking part in is Urban Makers East, on April 23rd at Mile End Ecology Pavilion 11 – 5pm. Come and say hi if you're around!

Urban Makers East Spring Market

I am very happy to confirm that NKOYO scarves and prints are now available in Hackney Wick's Stour Space's new project; SHOP. Featuring lots of amazing artists, designers and makers, NKOYO is in good company. Showcasing talent from London’s East End, Hackney Wick and beyond, SHOP stocks exclusive one-off pieces. This includes furniture, jewellery, sculpture, photography, art, books and more. SHOP also houses a wide range of art materials courtesy of The Wick Art Store.

Sinbad and Sailor

I was commissioned by the super talented Hannah Britten of Sinbad and Sailor to produce some fashion illustrations for a new skirt pattern for SS13. The final drawings can be seen on the website.

OK_FPIdea_4 LineDrawingHannah sent me loads of gorgeous reference imagery; with is always so great to recieve, the garment clearly taking influence from Georgia Okeffe's amazing shapes. I really loved working with a great small company like this, really promoting the do it yourself attitude with a wearable and fun product. You can get the skirt pattern here for the princely sum of £9.50 and you get the chance to brush up on your sewing skills.
